Valuations

Due to different requirements from different Insurance Companies we offer a variety of options for those customers wishing to know the value of their jewellery.

From a rough on the spot verbal estimate for people who want to sell their jewellery, a written itemised valuation for proof of purchase, to individual itemised valuation with or without a photo.

For insurance purposes some Insurance companies require accredited valuations single item per page.These are done by registered valuers and we can prove these at a higher premium

Repairs

Our jewellers complete jewellery repairs on the premises. We can accomidate urgent small while you wait repairs,( or as you do your shopping) but these are limited to minor chain and bracelet repairs or easy resizes, but we prefer to take more time and a little less stress, 7 days is our most popular turnaround. All major work can take up to 3 weeks depending on what needs to be done and the work load at the time.

A clock and watch repair service is available, however these are not on site, but at our specialised watch and clock workshops.

Remodelling & Custom Made

Have Ken custom design and hand craft something special just for you!

We can use your old pieces of jewellery to make something new and original.

Really treasure that special piece of grandma's jewellery that you have worn out and want to keep the original design, we can recreate an exact copy or restore the old piece.

Many people bring us their cut stones they have mined themselves while on their travels, for us to custom design and hand craft a momento of their travel as a keep sake

Pearl and Bead ReThreading

Does you pearls need rethreading? how long

since you have had them rethreaded? Pearl silk

is designed to soak up persperation and dirt to

keep your pearls in top lustre.

Prices for rethreading depends on the lenth of your pearls or beads and wheather they are knotted fully or just at each end (unknotted)

Price are for choaker length, medium lenght, and opera length.

REMEMBER DO NOT SPRAY PERFUME ONTO

YOUR PEARLS.

Spray your perfume first then when its dry put your pearls on.
